I have over 10 years of professional experience in helping individuals, couples and families to move toward positive changes. I have a broad range of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults with mental health concerns. Areas of specialty include healing childhood trauma, mood disorders, adoption issues, couples/relationship issues, and parent-child conflict. I combine traditional talk therapy with cognitive behavioral, insight oriented, solution focused and family systems therapy to help empower people toward the life they want. I am comfortable working with individuals as well as couples and families and have extensive experience working in juvenile justice and domestic violence.
