FAQs

We have a diverse staff who work in varying areas of expertise. Listed below are some of the most common areas. Different therapists approach issues in their own unique style. See our staff biographies for a more thorough understanding of how each therapist does so.

How do I set an appointment?
Our Office Manager will set your initial appointment. After that, each therapist maintains his or her own schedule. Our Office Manager, Shelby Warnell can be reached at: 703-330-5155.
How long are appointments
Appointments generally begin at the top of an hour and last for approximately 45 minutes.
What geographic areas do you serve?
While the majority of our patients come from Manassas, Bristow, Gainesville, and Centreville, we also have others from different parts of Prince William, Fairfax, Loudoun, Fauquier, and Culpeper counties.
How often will I meet with my therapist?
Every patient is assessed on an individual basis. Initially patients generally will meet with their therapist on a weekly basis. In order to provide therapeutic consistence and to allow patients to best plan their own schedules, most appointments are set in a "home spot." A home spot is a recurring appointment at the same time on a weekly basis.
What is your protocol for emergencies?
If our office is closed, our telephone is answered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by an answering service. The service is able to reach your therapist or someone who is on call at all times for emergencies. In extreme instances please call 911 or immediately go to your closest emergency room.
