Your telephone call is very important to us and our phone is answered live by a person 24 hours per day. For non-emergencies our staff will return your call during normal business hours Monday-Friday.

If this is an emergency and you are an existing patient, we can be paged for emergencies. If you are not currently a patient or this is a life-threatening emergency, please dial 911 or go to your nearest hospital emergency room.

In order that a patient receives counseling from a counselor with expertise in a specific area, we have found it best to call our office for scheduling an appointment. If you see a therapist who you believe meets your specific needs, certainly feel free to call him/her specifically. Otherwise feel free to contact either our Director, David Banner, or our Office Manager, Shelby Warnell at 703-330-5728.
