In order that a patient receives counseling from a counselor with expertise in a
specific area, we have found it best to call our office for scheduling an appointment.
If you see a therapist who you believe meets your specific needs, certainly feel free to
call him/her specifically. Otherwise feel free to contact either our Director, David Banner, or
our Office Manager, Shelby Warnell at 703-330-5728.
You may review our office policies and complete our forms on-line. Please print the
forms, sign them, and bring with you to your first appointment.
